Refund policy
RETURNS
We only have a 14-days return policy, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund if you pass this date.
You may send us proof of damage or manufacturing defect thru an email to sales@vanityliving.com or thru Whatsapp on 0504592614.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE that we will not accept any returns without the original packaging.
We will arrange the collection of the item(s) from your location within 3 to 5 working days.
After receiving the item(s) in our warehouse, they will be assessed. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 5 working days of the returned item(s) being evaluated and found eligible.
PLEASE NOTE that if the item did not meet our criteria of being eligible for a return we will give the item back to you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message on WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
